RETURN POLICY
Pink Leopard does not offer refunds.
ALL ITEMS ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR STORE CREDIT
Items approved for return can qualify for a one-time exchange for size/color on same item or a store credit will be issued.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, if applicable.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Pink Leopard. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Hats
- Jewelry + Accessories
- All Seasonal + Holiday Items
If promotional gift with purchases are associated with a tiered spending level and your return drops you below that spending level, you must return the gift to receive store credit for the return.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.
All shipments are insured and offer online tracking. In the event of a lost/stolen package after confirmation of delivery, Pink Leopard is not responsible for any replacement/refund.
